Stakeholder

Stakeholder consists of government agencies and local authorities responsible for giving advice and involve in developing and designing of ILA model.

Objective :
· To advise and comment on ILA model development.
· To assist and co-operate with other agencies in giving related information throughout the development of ILA model
· To use ILA as a planning support system in daily activities.

Government Agencies

There are several government agencies identified as potential users of ILA for conducting variety of analyses. Recommended analyses can be re-identified or modified by each government agencies.

Local Authority

Local authority may use ILA as a guideline to identify suitable area for development in the process of evaluation development approval.

· Evaluation of planning application at the planning approval stage
· Planning and management of public amenities, infrastructure and utilities
· Monitoring of district local plan and structure plan implementation
· Assessment of current environmental issues and problem
