To development, monitor and review of ICT Strategic Planning (ISP) KWP;
To coordinate and report on information ICT project to Central Agency;
To coordinate and report on the application of ICT initiatives Central Agency – Online Services, Inisiatif MyID, MyCOID;
To coordinate reporting of Taskforce PEMUDAH ICT;
To coordinate of Star Rating KWP;
To implement and reporting customer satisfaction survey ICT initiatives KWP;
To manage and conduct Knowledge Hub KWP;
To coordinate application Portal MyGovernment for KWP and agency;

ICT INFRASTRUCTURE & SECURITY SECTION
To develop and maintain computing infrastructure, LAN and WAN;
To analyse, design, develop, monitor, implement and network performance tuning;
To manage and control the procurement of hardware and software, ICT security monitoring, implement the various phases of the audit with vendors, act as Database and Systems Administrator;
To manage and maintain Video Conferencing System, Data Centre and Disaster Recovery Centre;
To manage ICT equipment upgrading and deal with breakdown;
To manage the problem of virus attacks and virus pattern update and anti-virus acquisition; and
To manage the installation of the latest version of the software, manage system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & WEBSITE SECTION
To manage matters related to the development of systems/ applications/ portals;
To plan, develop, implement and maintain system / applications;
To develop, maintain and update KWP Portal;
To promote the use of ICT applications and provide support services;
To provide training on system (train the trainer) to User Management Section and related parties;
To manage documentation of the system, user guide, user manual, documents, contracts and systems reference materials;
To manage the procurement system;
To manage, design and provide multimedia materials related to ICT such as banners, posters, pamphlets, montages and etc;
To prepare, implement and monitor System Development SOP; and
To prepare, implement and monitor system development contracts.
